In March 27 of 2021,vice-professor Shen and teacher Shi reopened the beer brewing course in the Beer Experience Zone of ZhuYun western-style restaurant.The beer brewing process contained saccharification、lautering、boiling、fermentation and so on.The students could learn the abstract knowledge of process control through specific beer brewing process.

       The students were listening to the teacher carefully.

       After fermentation,the students came to the Beer Experience Zone again.Every student filled a bottle of beer personally through operating filling machine and got the bottle of beer as their work awards.In the end of the course,the teachers issued the course-completion certificates to the students.
